Where dreams come true...

I have never seen the children hug so much as they did while in Disneyland! What a brilliant day!!!

Off out for a walk yesterday - Karen's apartment in the centre at the back.

  2. If it wasnt for the sign, we would have thought you were in California. Hope you are having a wonderful time. Was it the "happiest place on earth?"

  3. Hi
It was a bit of a quiet one this weekend, just Stephen and Rosemary around to No.11 enjoying cream scones and chocolate cake.
Stephen and Harry did the Leithfield duathlon today and came in 5th in the teams section, 29 teams in all.
Oh and look at what’s on our deck!

  5. Hello Caddie Cruisers! It's your old travel buddy Meg, I'm in Hawaii and had a quiet moment to look up your blog...what a great way to share your travels. The entire Jarvis family is going through post-Thailand depression! We wish we could do it all over again. We too, were thrilled to have been able to travel with your lovely family. I will get the photos together soon, is there a way for you to get mail while you're in Australia? Be safe, have fun and tell Rosa we're still singing "Bad boys, bad boys, what ya gonna do...."!! take care,
    Meg

  6. Hey, Meg! Hope all is well with you in Hawaii. We flew into Bangkok again last night and it felt like coming home! Our hotel is in the middle of outer-airport industrial area, but guess what is on the corner? Yup! A 7-11!! We have been down to restock with mentos, and were disappointed that this branch doesn't do slushies. The prices were lovely after Japan (which truly isn't that much more than NZ) so we spent 20 minutes browsing in the air-con! Gordy has the kids at the pool right now for one last swim - surrounded by topless sunbathers - he has his glasses on, pretending to read (guffaw). I tried to get a foot massage at the hotel spa but they are booked out, so I missed my chance there. Thailand without a massage? Something to do next time I guess. If you send the photos to our email address Gordy's parents will let us know when they arrive. Lovely to hear from you, enjoy the R&R and we'll be in touch soon x

  7. Yay! Disneyland! LOVE IT! We have been to two, Hong Kong and LA, and will always go to one if we land in a city with one! The HK one was pretty crazy as we nearly got trampled on just to get into the 4D Film! And hearing Mickey mouse speak Chinese was pretty cool, I suppose your one spoke Japanese?
Looks like an amazing time in Thailand and Japan, two places I would love to go to. Tim's been to Japan many a time for work. Used to get extremly drunk every time as the business men would take them out every night to eat fish, drink sake and then sing karaoke! He's decided he doesn't want to take me to Japan, because he holds that over me as somewhere I haven't been but he has...so petty!!! LOL.
Anyways, enjoy OZ and chilling out listening to country music!
